Deenpu Machinery designs and manufactures BOP control systems and accumulator units that comply with API 16D and NFPA 160 standards. Our hydraulic BOP control packages provide reliable emergency control of blowout preventers in both land rig and offshore drilling applications.Standard configurations include triplex accumulator skids, quad-pump control units, remote control panels, and sub-sea HPU systems. Pre-charge pressure: 1,000 PSI; system operating pressure: 3,000 PSI; accumulator bottle volumes from 10 to 150 gallons. All units include low-pressure alarms, manual override capability, and dual pump redundancy.We offer both diesel-driven and electric-driven power sources, with stainless steel manifold assemblies for corrosion resistance.
