Description
DEENPU supplies high-pressure bladder accumulators and interchangeable spare parts fully compatible with HYDAC SB690 series. Rated for a permitted operating pressure of 690 bar (10,000 psi), the SB690 is engineered for the most demanding high-pressure hydraulic applications, including BOP control systems, blowout preventer closing units, and offshore hydraulic power units. The forged, seamless pressure vessel is manufactured from high-tensile chrome-molybdenum steel for maximum strength and safety.
All DEENPU high-pressure bladder accumulators and replacement parts are dimensionally and functionally interchangeable with the corresponding HYDAC SB690 models. Part numbers are listed below for cross-reference. We supply complete accumulators as well as interchangeable bladder assemblies, seal kits, repair kits, and oil valve assemblies.
Design & Construction
- Forged, seamless pressure vessel in high-tensile chrome-molybdenum steel
- Flexible bladder with gas valve (NBR standard; ECO / IIR / FKM optional)
- Hydraulic connection with check valve — 1/2″ BSP (ISO 228) or 1/2″ NPTF (ANSI B1.20.3)
- Corrosion protection — internal chemical nickel-plating or plastic coating; external epoxy resin finish for offshore service
- Gas valve — 7/8-14UNF (< 10 L) or M50×1.5 (≥ 10 L)
Function & Applications
Like all bladder accumulators, the SB690 uses the compressibility of nitrogen gas to store hydraulic energy. When system pressure rises, fluid enters the accumulator and compresses the gas; when pressure falls, the gas expands and discharges the stored fluid. Typical high-pressure applications:
- BOP (blowout preventer) control / closing units
- Emergency shutdown and safety systems
- High-pressure hydraulic power units (HPU)
- Energy storage and pulsation damping in 690 bar circuits
- Offshore drilling and well control hydraulic systems
- Leakage and volume compensation
