DEENPU supplies standard bladder accumulators and interchangeable spare parts fully compatible with HYDAC SB330, SB400, SB500, SB550, and SB600 series. Our bladder accumulators utilize the compressibility of nitrogen gas to store hydraulic energy, providing reliable performance in BOP control systems, hydraulic power units, and industrial hydraulic circuits worldwide. Each accumulator consists of a seamless high-tensile steel pressure vessel, a flexible bladder with gas valve, and a hydraulic connection with check valve.

All DEENPU bladder accumulators and replacement parts are dimensionally and functionally interchangeable with the corresponding HYDAC models. Part numbers are listed below for cross-reference. Function & Applications

Since fluids are practically incompressible, hydraulic accumulators use the compressibility of nitrogen gas to store pressure energy. When system pressure increases, the bladder accumulator draws in fluid and compresses the gas; when pressure drops, the compressed gas expands and forces the stored fluid back into the circuit. DEENPU bladder accumulators are used for:

Series Overview — HYDAC Interchangeable

• SB330 — Standard bladder accumulator, 330 bar. Available in standard, SB330N (flow-optimised valve, up to 25 l/s) and SB330H (high flow, up to 30 l/s) versions.
• SB400 — 400 bar bladder accumulator.
• SB500 — 500 bar bladder accumulator.
