Drilling Hose

Deenpu Machinery manufactures and supplies drilling hose assemblies certified to API 7K for high-pressure drilling fluid circulation. Our drilling hose product line includes rotary hoses, vibrator hoses, kelly hoses, cement hoses, and choke and kill hoses for land rig and offshore platform applications.Working pressures from 3,500 PSI to 7,500 PSI (Grade D to Grade F). Available bore sizes: 2”, 2-1/2”, 3”, 3-1/2”, and 4”. Standard hose lengths: 45 ft, 55 ft, and 65 ft. End connections in male and female Fig 100, Fig 200, Fig 206, and Fig 1002 weco wing unions, and flanged ends to API 7K Table 1.Each drilling hose is hydrostatically tested to 1.5x working pressure and supplied with a certificate of conformance.
