Removal Tool for Back Pressure Valve

Removal tools are used to remove both type “H” back pressure valves & two way check valves from the casing hanger. When fully threaded into the valves, our removal tool offsets the piston from the back pressure valve/two way check valve seat. Thus, equalizing pressure. Our removal tools have through holes both parallel and perpendicular to the threads allowing the flow of any residual fluids that may be present. The removal tool pins directly to the polished rod socket for use. We have removal tools in stock for sizes 1 1/4” up to 6 5/16. Our tools have superior strength to withstand the torque needed to completely remove even the larger valves.

As an API 6A facility, our customers can trust that our removal tool will get the job done with ease. Just as our back pressure valves, these are produced, assembled, and stenciled in-house.
