DEENPU supplies ram assemblies, ram blocks, face rubbers and top seals fully interchangeable with Shaffer Sentinel II and Townsend Type 81 ram-type BOPs. These rams are used on 7-1/16″ 3M hydraulic BOPs and can be configured for the pipe sizes listed below.

All DEENPU ram components are dimensionally and functionally interchangeable with genuine Shaffer / Townsend Type 81 OEM parts. Cross-reference part numbers from the original catalog are listed below to make ordering simple.

Type 81 Ram Assembly Components

• Ram Block — forged steel body that carries the packer and transmits the closing force
• Face Rubber / Face Packer — elastomer sealing element that seals around the pipe
• Top Seal — upper sealing element that seals between the ram block and bonnet cavity
• Complete Assembly — ram block with face rubber and top seal installed, ready to drop in

7-1/16″ 3M Ram Assemblies — Pipe Size & Part Number Cross-Reference

Top Seal part number 722181 is common to all ram sizes shown above. Other BOP bore sizes and working pressures (5M, 10M, 15M) are available on request.

Interchangeable Spare Parts Available

DEENPU supplies interchangeable ram blocks, face rubbers/packers, top seals and complete ram assemblies for Shaffer Sentinel II and Townsend Type 81 BOPs. NACE H₂S-rated elastomers and high-temperature compounds available on request.
