The DEENPU Model (16-25) hydraulic power tong for casing is an ideal tong for oil fields to make up or break out casing. It can come with a backup or not, depending on your operation requirements.

Key Features

• Double speed structural design — meets the demand for making up and breaking out casing safely and effectively.
• Unique safety door design with remote control function — when the safety door is open, the spool of the remote control valve assembly slides out with the help of a spring, and the hydraulic oil circuit forms oil return pressure relief, so the tong cannot be operated; when the safety door is closed, the spool closes the oil circuit and no oil return pressure relief is formed. At this time the manual control can be used to operate the casing tong normally. In this way, the personal safety of the operator or maintenance personnel is guaranteed while replacing dies, jaws or performing other maintenance items.
• No need to replace any parts — just change the check pin position and push / pull the handle to achieve the change between making up and breaking out casing easily and quickly.
• Interchangeable jaws — change different specifications of jaws to meet the demand for making up and breaking out various pipes.

With the appropriate jaw sets, the Model 16-25 casing tong covers a casing range of φ114 – φ340 mm (4-1/2″ – 13-3/8″), making it suitable for the full range of common surface, intermediate and production casing strings.

Interchangeable & Compatible

DEENPU casing power tongs, backups, jaws, dies and spare parts are interchangeable with leading OEM power tong brands. Replacement jaws, die inserts, check pins and wear parts for all common casing sizes are available from stock or on request.
