Description

DEENPU FC Gate Valve is a heavy-duty slab gate valve engineered for high-pressure oilfield and flowline applications. Designed and manufactured to meet API 6A specification, the FC gate valve delivers reliable, bi-directional shut-off performance in the most demanding drilling and production environments. Its full-bore thru-conduit design and one-piece gate prevent sediment buildup and pressure locks, ensuring long service life with minimal maintenance.

With a non-rising stem, metal-to-metal sealing, floating seat rings, and a field-repairable in-line design, the DEENPU FC gate valve is the preferred choice for drilling manifolds, Christmas trees, and severe service applications. How It Works

The FC gate valve operates using a slab gate that moves perpendicular to the flow path via a non-rising stem turned by the handwheel. When the gate is fully retracted, the full-bore opening provides unobstructed flow through the valve — minimizing pressure drop and eliminating turbulence. When closed, the gate is wedged between two floating seat rings, creating a bi-directional metal-to-metal seal that resists both upstream and downstream pressure.

The floating seat design equalizes body pressure across the seat ring/body bushing interface, eliminating body erosion in the seat pockets. The metal-to-metal backseat provides a secondary seal, allowing stem packing to be replaced under pressure without leaking product to atmosphere. For remote or automated operations, the manual handwheel can be replaced with a hydraulic actuator.
