Description
DEENPU supplies interlocking shear rams fully interchangeable with Cameron ISR, DSI and DVS shear rams for U and UM BOPs. The Interlocking Shear Ram (ISR) provides an improved shearing capacity alternative to standard SBR rams, and should be used when standard rams cannot handle the desired shearing load. The “V”-shaped, maximally-wide ISR geometry can shear multiple strings and drill pipe as large as 6-5/8″ OD.
ISR rams do not have to fold over the lower fish — less force is required to shear and, by leaving the fish open, kill mud can be pumped down the severed drill string. The interlocking mechanism allows these rams to be used in an oversized cavity without fear of a leak at low wellbore pressures. DSI (Dual String Interlocking) and DVS (Double V Shear) rams can shear wireline and braided cable with zero tension in the line while still maintaining a seal.
All DEENPU ISR/DSI/DVS shear ram components are dimensionally and functionally interchangeable with genuine Cameron parts.

DSI & DVS Shear Ram Components
DSI and DVS shear rams share the following interchangeable components: top seal, upper ram body, blade seal / blade packer, side packers (upper and lower shear ram), and lower ram body. DEENPU supplies all components dimensionally interchangeable with Cameron originals for U, UL and UM BOPs.
