Description
DEENPU Integral Fittings are robust, one-piece components forged from high-strength alloy steel, designed to connect and direct flow in high-pressure piping systems. Their seamless construction eliminates the inherent weak points of welded or threaded fittings, making them a cornerstone of safety and reliability in demanding oil and gas operations such as hydraulic fracturing, cementing, wellhead testing, and stimulation services.
Available in 2″, 3″, and 4″ sizes with Figure 1502, Figure 1002, and Figure 602 hammer union end connections, DEENPU integral fittings cover the full range of high-pressure manifold building blocks: elbows, tees, crosses, wyes, laterals, and pup joints. Each fitting is forged from AISI 4130/4140 alloy steel, heat-treated for maximum durability, and pressure-tested before shipment.
Key Features
- One-piece forged construction — no welds, no weak points
- High-strength alloy steel (AISI 4130/4140) with heat treatment
- Larger wall thickness at connection for extended service life
- Leading chamfered bore reduces turbulence and erosion
- Removable retainer ring allows field replacement of wing nuts

How Integral Fittings Work
Integral fittings serve as the building blocks of high-pressure surface manifolds used in oilfield operations. Each fitting combines the body and end connections into a single forged piece, eliminating welds and threaded joints — both of which are common failure points under the cyclic pressure, vibration, and abrasive service conditions found in fracturing and well-testing operations.
The hammer union (wing nut) end connections provide a quick, reliable seal by compressing a metal-to-metal or elastomer seal ring between the matching faces. The wing nut (bull plug or nut) can be backed off and the fitting disconnected in seconds — no torches, no wrenches, no special tools. This dramatically reduces rig-up/rig-down time and allows operators to reconfigure manifolds as needed.
The removable retainer ring on the wing nut end allows field replacement of worn wing nuts without cutting or welding — extending the service life of the fitting itself. The chamfered bore at the connections reduces flow turbulence, which in turn minimizes erosion and extends service life in high-velocity, sand-laden service.
Applications
- Hydraulic fracturing (frac) manifold systems
- Cementing operations and wellhead construction
- Wellhead testing and clean-up lines
- Acidizing and stimulation services
- Plug valve choke and kill manifolds
- Surface flow manifolds at the wellhead
- Frac tree assembly (goat head / frac head)
- Mobile wellsite service and workover rigs
- Sour gas (H₂S) service with NACE-compliant materials
