Product Overview

DEENPU Stud Nuts & Gaskets are critical sealing and fastening components used in API flanged connections throughout wellhead, Christmas tree, and valve assemblies. We supply a complete line of studs, nuts, all-thread rods, and API ring joint gaskets manufactured to the highest industry standards.

Our stud and nut products include 6BX studs for sizes 1″ through 30″, 6B studs with both R and RX gasket compatibility for sizes 2-1/16″ through 20-3/4″, and all-thread rods in sizes 1/4″ through 2-1/2″ diameter. All studs and nuts are supplied per API 6A 21st Edition and API 20E 2nd Edition BSL 1 requirements, ensuring full material traceability and dimensional compliance.

DEENPU API ring joint gaskets are available in two cross-sectional profiles: oval and octagonal. The octagonal cross-section provides higher sealing efficiency and is the preferred choice for most applications. Available in soft iron, low carbon steel, 4-6 chrome, 304 SS, 316 SS, 347 SS, and 410 SS materials, our gaskets cover the full range of R, RX, and BX types for working pressures up to 10,000 PSI.

All-thread rods in sizes 1-1/8″ through 2-1/2″ diameter, available in lengths from 1″ through 20″.

Stud & Nut Specifications

All DEENPU studs and nuts are manufactured to API 6A 21st Edition and API 20E 2nd Edition BSL 1 requirements. Standard materials: ASTM A193 B7 studs with ASTM A194 2H nuts. NACE: B7M / 2HM for sour service.

Manufactured to API 6A 21st Edition for wellhead and valve flanged connections.

API 20E BSL 1

Supplied per API 20E 2nd Edition BSL 1 with full material traceability.

R vs RX vs BX gaskets? ▼
R gaskets: 6B flanges, up to 5,000 PSI. RX gaskets: 6B flanges, improved sealing. BX gaskets: 6BX flanges, 10,000-20,000 PSI. Gasket type must match flange type.
Octagonal vs oval gaskets? ▼
Octagonal provides higher sealing efficiency via concentrated line-contact seal and better vibration resistance. Use oval only if flange was machined for oval.
Why must gasket be softer than flange? ▼
The softer gasket deforms upon make-up to create the metal-to-metal seal without damaging the more expensive flange groove. A harder gasket could gall or damage flange surfaces.
NACE compliant studs available? ▼
Yes: ASTM A193 B7M studs / A194 2HM nuts with controlled hardness (max HRC 22) for H2S environments.
